我的钢琴团购从2014年开始服务美国华人社区，最早从湾区开始，之后逐渐扩展到全美。过去5年来，经过各种低谷和繁荣，一路坚持到现在，已经积累了数量客观的忠诚客户朋友，在这个信任缺失的年代，很高兴成为华人购买钢琴的首选，并且很乐意介绍朋友过来了解我们，这是我们最值得骄傲的地方。

为什么和我团购：

  1. 正品：只选择品牌授权的dealer，确保货源可靠。 另外，Buckete和经销商签署协议，确保绝对不会把旧琴或者展示琴卖给团购客户。
  2. 平价：开团价只代表保底dealer的报价，最终成团价一定是等于或小于开团价。不过报价并不是我选择dealer的唯一标准，具体请见“如何避免无良钢琴dealer”
  3. 服务：大家购琴前、中、后，我将全程为大家服务，有任何问题只要给我发一个email就可以帮你解决，大部分email我们都是在几个小时内甚至更短回复。Dealer的服务水平是我选择dealer的重要因素。部分dealer标价低，但是去提货了却索要小费或者其它各种费用，要不就给脸色，甚至给次品，购琴后就撒手不管的dealer我都不会推荐。

3. 免费运输区 Free Delivery Zone

地图上红色圈出来的免费运输地区仅供大概参考，由于不确定最终是哪个dealer接单，因此有可能处在边缘的地区的买家需要支付少量的额外运费。这种情况下我会事先和你沟通，如果你不愿意支付额外运费的话可以退押金退团。 The circled area on delivery maps are only for illustration purpose. Some area near the edge may need to pay additional shipping fee. For buyers from these regions, I'll communicate with you first before group ends and you can choose to withdraw from groupbuy if you do not accept the additional shipping charge.

4. 对买家的要求 Requirement for Buyers

请勿在任何公开的场合宣传团购价或者dealer的名字。如果你打算去店里试琴的话请勿提到你打算通过团购方式购买，也不要留下你的详细信息。如果你的信息已经在dealer的客户数据库里或者他们的销售人员认出来你曾经来过店里的话，我们将无法按照团购渠道价格帮你团。

5. 选择dealer的原则 Requirement for dealers

由于最近发现一些厂家授权经销商也掺展示琴或者旧琴当作新琴卖，因此我将从严选择经销商。具体原则如下：

正品：只选择品牌授权的dealer，确保货源可靠，每一批货每一个订单我都将全程跟踪，确保全部是全新的正品钢琴。

服务：大家购琴前、中、后，任何时候有任何问题或者特殊要求都可以找我。我会帮大家协调购琴中的一切事宜，做到让大家购琴的过程放心、简单、快捷省时。大部分时间您是不需要和dealer沟通，发一封邮件给我就会帮您安排好。

低价：我会尽力帮大家砍价，但我不会把dealer的价格压到完全无利润。有些dealer标价低，但是去提货了却索要小费或者其它各种费用，要不就给脸色，这些dealer我都不会推荐。
另外，如果一个dealer过去10年内有关店后换名重开的记录的话，我也会避免。具体选择dealer的标准请见“如何避免无良钢琴dealer”

6. 钢琴细节 Piano Details

一年内生产的全新钢琴原厂日本制造及组装。(GL10，GL20是印尼制造）

立式钢琴几年后可以按照全价trade in for 台式钢琴（台式钢琴必须是立式钢琴的2倍价格以上）。

Full price upgrade for grand pianos (you can trade in your upright piano for a new piano and get a full refund of the price you paid for upright piano. New piano must double the price of upright piano)

免费运输上门。3个台阶免费搬运，超过3个台阶有额外费用。

Free delivery. After the 3rd stair/step, there will be a fee。

7. 关于押金 About the deposit

不成团的押金自动退回，成团后押金不可退。Deposit is automatically refunded if a group is not successful. Deposit is nonrefundable if the groupbuy is successful.

8. 关于分期付款 About financing option

新琴一般可以分期付款，根据信用分数的高低（一般最低需要630分），贷款一般有5%-9%的利息，期限可以是1-5年分期付款。分期付款需要在下单时备注，并提供SSN，由第三方消费贷公司处理。贷款会直接支付给dealer。如果需要贷款请下单时联系Amanda2000cq@gmai.com

9. 关于升级 About trade up policy

升级条款几乎所有的dealer都会提供，一般是5-10年（数码琴一般是2年内）内升级的话可以70%甚至是原价trade in旧琴。但是这个条款也有很多小字注明的限制，例如新琴价格需要是旧琴的至少2倍，并且旧琴需要状况良好。但是这些条款更多是市场营销技巧，因为升级的三角琴是不可以按照团购价购买的。所以更好的方式是私下卖掉旧琴，然后以团购价买新琴，这样更划算。

1. 团购最终的成交价是多少？What is the final price I pay?

团购成交价取决于很多因素，包括团里人数，dealer的竞争程度，dealer的库存等，团购结束后你会收到email通知。这个价格一定是开团价以内，并且包含所有费用（税，运输，琴凳等）。Final price you pay is always below the groupbuy target price. It includes everything (tax, shipping, bench etc. )

2. 供货的dealer是谁？How do I know which dealer I am buying from?

我会根据过往用户的反馈选出服务和价格最好的供应商。这个dealer必须是厂家授权的经销商之一。dealer的信息成团后会邮件告知。The dealer who accepted your order will contact you via phone or email. Only factory authorized dealers can accept orders on Buckete.

3. 团购什么时候结束？When group-buys conclude?

只要有dealer接单团购就立即结束，不一定要等凑够足够的人数。1人团都是立即成团的。Groupbuy concludes when at least one dealer accepts our target price.

3. 余款怎么付？How do I pay the remaining balance?

一般来说你需要去店里付现金或者支票，部分dealer也接受邮寄来的支票或者货到付款，如果选择用信用卡支付的话有额外3-3.5%的手续费。Normally you would be required to go to dealer's store to pay the balance in cash or checks. Sometimes you can mail a check. Additional 3-3.5% processing fee will be charged if you pay with credit card.

4. 团购结束了，我该做什么？What do I need to do after groupbuy is ended?

Dealer会联系你支付余款和安排运输。Dealer will contact you to pay the balance and arrange shipping.

5. 可以去店里选琴吗？Can I pick the piano in store?

一般不行，除非dealer有现货。Only if you joined the groupbuy very early and and that there are pianos in stock. You can then pick a piano you like.

6. 可以trade in旧钢琴吗？Can I trade in my old piano?

一般来说可以，成团后请联系dealer协商。Possible, please talk to dealer directly.

7. 我有更多问题怎么办？What if I have more questions?
