我从2014年开始帮大家组织钢琴团购，最早从加州湾区开始，之后逐渐扩展到其它华人居住城市。目前覆盖的全美国，尤其是华人聚集的地区，例如湾区、洛杉矶、圣地亚哥、纽约、新泽西、西雅图、亚特兰大、波特兰、达拉斯、休斯顿、奥斯汀、康州、DC、宾州、芝加哥、马里兰等。过去五年来，在我的页面（旧版2019年2月改版）上成功团购了上千台钢琴。I started organizing these group buys since 2014. First in the Bay Area, then other cities where many Chinese live, from Los Angeles, San Diego, New York, New Jersery. Seattle, Atlanta, Portland, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Connecticut, PA, Maryland to Chicago etc. Thousands of pianos have been sold through my groupbuy page in the past 5 years (Buckete website was rebuilt in Feburary 2019).
为什么和我团购
- 正品：只选择品牌授权的dealer，确保货源可靠。 另外，Buckete和经销商签署协议，确保绝对不会把旧琴或者展示琴卖给团购客户。
- 平价：开团价只代表保底dealer的报价，最终成团价一定是等于或小于开团价。不过报价并不是我选择dealer的唯一标准，具体请见“如何避免无良钢琴dealer”
- 服务：大家购琴前、中、后，我将全程为大家服务，有任何问题只要给我发一个email就可以帮你解决。Dealer的服务水平是我选择dealer的重要因素。部分dealer标价低但是不发货，去提货了却索要小费或者其它各种费用，要不就给脸色，甚至给次品，购琴后就撒手不管的dealer我们都不会推荐。

- 所有琴都是全新的新琴，从厂家授权dealer那里买。All pianos are brand new and sold by Yamaha authorized dealers only.
- 团购随时可能被dealer抢单。 Qualified dealer that offers the best option will be picked.
- 除非特别注明，开团价包含所有费用（琴、税、琴凳、10年保修等），最后成交价格在这个价格的基础上更低，具体低多少是按照团里订单数量，人数越多，价格越低。Target groupbuy price includes everything (tax, bench, 10 year warranty etc). Actual purchasing price must be below our target price and is related to the number of buyers in the group. More buyers leads to better price.
- 部分dealer会把总价写在发票上，部分dealer只会写余款金额在发票上，总之你支付的总金额不会超过你指定的开团价。Some dealer may write groupbuy price on receipts, while some other dealers may write only balance amount on receipt.
- 除非另外注明，所有报价已经包含了各种优惠和rebate和其它一切额外的优惠。Unless noted otherwise, quotes has included all specials/discounts/rebates.

2. 加入团购 Join a Groupbuy
找到你所在的地区，然后付一个押金就算加团成功了。请在备注里告知你要买的型号和你愿意出的最高价。To join a group, find your region and pay a deposit (Indicate what model you are buying).

4. 运输区 Delivery Zone
地图上红色圈出来的运输地区仅供大概参考，由于不确定最终是哪个dealer接单，因此有可能买家需要支付少量的额外运费。这种情况下我会事先和你沟通，如果你不愿意支付额外运费的话可以退押金退团。 The circled area on delivery maps are only for illustration purpose. Buyers in some area may need to pay additional shipping fee. For buyers from these regions, I'll communicate with you first before group ends and you can choose to withdraw from groupbuy if you do not accept the additional shipping charge.
5. 选择钢琴dealer的原则 Requirement for dealers
由于最近发现一些厂家授权经销商也掺展示琴或者旧琴当作新琴卖，因此我将从严选择经销商。具体原则如下：
正品：只选择品牌授权的dealer，确保货源可靠，每一批货每一个订单我都将全程跟踪，确保全部是全新的正品钢琴。
服务：大家购琴前、中、后，任何时候有任何问题或者特殊要求都可以找我。我会帮大家协调购琴中的一切事宜，做到让大家购琴的过程放心、简单、快捷省时。大部分时间您是不需要和dealer沟通，发一封邮件给我就会帮您安排好。
低价：我会尽力帮大家砍价，但我不会把dealer的价格压到完全无利润。有些dealer标价低，但是却收钱后不发货或者去提货了却索要小费或者其它各种费用，要不就给脸色，这些dealer我都不会推荐。 另外，如果一个dealer过去10年内有关店后换名重开的记录的话，我也会避免。具体选择dealer的标准请见“如何避免无良钢琴dealer”
6. 对买家的要求 Requirement for buyers
请勿在任何公开的场合宣传团购价或者dealer的名字。如果你打算去店里试琴的话请勿提到你打算通过团购方式购买，也不要留下你的详细信息。如果你的信息已经在dealer的客户数据库里或者他们的销售人员认出来你曾经来过店里的话，我们将无法按照团购渠道价格帮你团。
7. 关于押金 About the deposit
不成团的押金自动退回，成团后押金不可退。Deposit is automatically refunded if a group is not successful. Deposit is nonrefundable if the groupbuy is successful.
8. 关于分期付款 About financing option
新琴一般可以分期付款，根据信用分数的高低（一般最低需要630分），贷款一般有5%-9%的利息，期限可以是1-5年分期付款。分期付款需要在下单时备注，并提供SSN，由第三方消费贷公司处理。贷款会直接支付给dealer。如果需要贷款请下单时联系Amanda2000cq@gmai.com
9. 关于全价升级 About full price trade up policy
升级条款几乎所有的dealer都会提供，一般是5-10年（数码琴一般是2年内）内升级的话可以70%甚至是原价trade in旧琴。但是这个条款也有很多小字注明的限制，例如新琴价格需要是旧琴的至少2倍，并且旧琴需要状况良好。但是这些条款更多是市场营销技巧，因为升级的三角琴是不可以按照团购价购买的。所以更好的方式是私下卖掉旧琴，然后以团购价买新琴，这样更划算。

1. 我应该指定多少开团价。
如果你不确定出多少价格合适的话可以联系我amanda2000cq@gmail.com。如果你已经去过本地店里，有一个心理接受价位的话可以按照那个价位直接开团，我们会寻找至少2个dealer来在你的开团价以内竞标，成团价一定在你的开团价以内。
2. 团购最终的成交价是多少？What is the final price I pay?
团购成交价取决于很多因素，包括团里人数，dealer的竞争程度，dealer的库存等，团购结束后你会收到email通知。除非特别注明，成团价一定是开团价以内，并且包含所有费用（税，运输，琴凳等）。Unless otherwise specified, the final price you pay is always below the groupbuy target price. It includes everything (tax, shipping, bench etc. )
3. 供货的dealer是谁？How do I know which dealer I am buying from?
我会根据过往用户的反馈选出服务和价格最好的供应商。这个dealer必须是厂家授权的经销商之一。dealer的信息成团后会邮件告知。The dealer who accepted your order will contact you via phone or email. Only factory authorized dealers can accept orders on Buckete.
4. 团购什么时候结束？When group-buys conclude?
只要有dealer接单团购就立即结束，不一定要等凑够足够的人数。1人团都是立即成团。Groupbuy concludes when at least one dealer accepts our target price.
5. 余款怎么付？How do I pay the remaining balance?
一般来说你需要去店里付现金或者支票，部分dealer也接受邮寄来的支票或者货到付款，如果选择用信用卡支付的话有额外3-3.5%的手续费。Normally you would be required to go to dealer's store to pay the balance in cash or checks. Sometimes you can mail a check. Additional 3-3.5% processing fee will be charged if you pay with credit card.
6. 团购结束了，我该做什么？What do I need to do after groupbuy is ended?
dealer会联系你支付余款和安排运输。Dealer will contact you to pay the balance and arrange shipping.
7. 可以去店里选琴吗？Can I pick the piano in store?
一般不行，大部分团购的琴都是在箱子里未拆封的。Normally you cannot pick a piano in person as most often the pianos are wrapped in its original box and delivered to customers directly from manufacturers warehouse.
8. 可以trade in旧钢琴吗？Can I trade in my old piano?
一般来说可以，成团后请联系dealer协商。Possible, please talk to dealer directly.
